Viana Healthcare Services, Inc. provides residential
group home services, In-Home Support services and
Home Care services. VHS is founded to assist individu-
als with navigating the challenges of daily life. We sup-
port individuals who are physically and mentally chal-
lenged with meeting their daily needs. Individuals are
given the opportunity to either stay at our group
homes or they could stay in their very own homes and
our staff will provide services there.

ly/responsible party, Support Coordinator and physi-
